GASKETS

A rubber gasket is a mechanical sealing component made from elastomeric materials designed to prevent leakage of fluids or gases between two mating surfaces. It fills microscopic irregularities on the surfaces and creates a tight, reliable seal when compressed. Rubber gaskets are essential in applications where flexibility, resilience, vibration absorption, and resistance to water, chemicals, oils, or temperature variations are required.

 

It is manufactured using techniques such as Compression Moulding and Die Cutting. When compressed between two surfaces:
