Rubber Moulded Parts

Rubber Moulded Parts

A rubber gasket is a mechanical sealing component made from elastomeric materials designed to prevent leakage of fluids or gases between two mating surfaces. It fills microscopic irregularities on the surfaces and creates a tight, reliable seal when compressed. Rubber gaskets are essential in applications where flexibility, resilience, vibration absorption, and resistance to water, chemicals, oils, or temperature variations are required.

It is manufactured using techniques such as Compression Moulding and Die Cutting. When compressed between two surfaces:

Variants

Valve Sleeve

A valve sleeve is a cylindrical rubber or elastomeric lining designed to fit inside a valve body, providing a flexible, wear-resistant seal between the valve components and the media flowing through it. It ensures leak-tight sealing, corrosion protection, and smooth flow control, commonly used in pinch valves, slurry valves, and abrasive material handling systems.

Quad Ring

A Quad Ring, also known as an X-Ring, is a four-lobed elastomeric sealing ring designed to provide improved sealing performance compared to a standard O-ring. Its unique X-shaped cross-section creates four sealing lips, which reduce friction, improve lubrication retention, and minimize the risk of twisting or rolling in the groove.

Quad Rings deliver enhanced leak protection, longer service life, and greater stability in dynamic and static applications, making them ideal for hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and rotating shafts.

Membrane Brine Seal

A membrane brine seal is a flexible elastomeric sealing ring fitted on the outer surface of an RO membrane element to prevent feed water from bypassing the membrane. Made from materials such as EPDM or NBR, it compresses against the pressure vessel wall to form a tight, one-directional seal. This ensures all water passes through the membrane for effective filtration while allowing easy installation and secure sealing.

Key Functions

Rubber Bellow

A rubber bellow is a flexible, accordion-shaped elastomeric component designed to protect moving parts from dust, moisture, chemicals, and mechanical damage while allowing controlled axial, lateral, and angular movement. Its corrugated structure enables it to expand, compress, and flex repeatedly without losing shape or performance.

Rubber bellows are commonly manufactured from EPDM, Neoprene, NBR, Silicone, or Viton, selected based on temperature, chemical exposure, and environmental conditions. They are widely used in automotive steering systems, machinery joints, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, pumps, valves, and industrial equipment.

Anti Vibration Mounting Pads

Anti-vibration mounting pads are engineered elastomer-based components designed to absorb, isolate, and reduce vibrations, shocks, and noise generated by machinery and equipment.

Their primary function is to create a buffer between the machine and its mounting surface, preventing excessive vibration transfer that can lead to:

Anti-vibration mounting pads are commonly used under HVAC units, compressors, generators, pumps, industrial machinery, precision equipment, and other systems that require stable vibration isolation.

Size: 6” X 6”, 8” X 8”, 12” X 8”, 12” X 12”

Rubber Belt

A rubber belt is a flexible mechanical component used to transmit power, motion, or materials in machinery. Made from elastomers such as natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, or EPDM, it provides durability, grip, and reliable performance.

Bridge Bearing Pad

A bridge bearing pad is an elastomeric structural component used to transfer loads and accommodate movement between the bridge superstructure and substructure. It is typically made from high-grade rubber with steel plate reinforcement and may include a checkered PTFE laminate.

Anti-vibration mounting pads are widely used beneath HVAC units, compressors, generators, pumps, industrial machinery, and precision equipment to provide stability and effective vibration isolation.

Key Functions:

Rubber Bush

A rubber bush is a flexible vibration-absorbing component used to cushion movement, reduce noise, and isolate mechanical parts. Made from elastomers such as natural rubber, EPDM, neoprene, or nitrile, it may be bonded to metal sleeves for strength.

Rubber bushes absorb shocks and vibrations, prevent metal-to-metal contact, and improve stability. They are widely used in automotive suspensions, industrial machinery, pumps, compressors, and structural supports.
